As rugs are considered a bulky item, they are shipped via a specialist courier from our partners warehouse in Sydney. We need you to provide a physical address as we cannot send rugs to a PO Box or Postal Locker. The cost of shipping is included in the price of our rugs.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship rugs outside of Australia and to some regional post codes. Please feel free to contact us at hello@rugly.com.au so we can advise if your address is within our serviceable area.

We aim to dispatch our rugs within 1 – 6 business days however due to the specialist nature of delivering rugs the time frame will vary depending on your location. Feel free to contact us at hello@rugly.com.au for an estimated shipping time to your post code.
